Kacy Knight is a staffing industry veteran with over a quarter century of experience partnering with firms ranging from mom and pop to Fortune 100. In that time, he’s recruited, developed new business, and run large onsite programs for multibillion dollar global organizations.
Kacy’s appreciation for true old-world craftsmanship and pride in one’s work led him to focus his talents on the Spirits and Cannabis industries where he proudly works with some of the most distinguished and prestigious brands on the planet

Manny Penson-Gravel

I am fortunate to have found my niche: finding, screening, vetting, and winning-over the “diamond in the rough placements” for my clients. Solving problems is my forte. Drawing from my U.S. Navy background as an Aerographer (searching for submarines), my attention to detail is second to none. What fuels me is showcasing candidates who will grow a company’s business, allowing them to scale operations. My approach and focus are on the long-term strategy, supplementing corporate human resources and closing the deal. I work with a sense of urgency, maintain integrity, and am genuinely enthusiastic about each placement and have developed a reputation of being “the one who finds the unicorns.”

Will Sutor is an executive recruiter who works across the alternative asset, real estate, and human resources industries. Having a background in academic research, Will works to identify, develop, and recruit the best talent. At Spirits Staffing, Will drives recruitment and business development efforts alongside a team of experts in their respective fields.

Carly Weitz

Talent Hiring Consultant

Working directly with manufacturing, engineering, and production, Carly is dedicated to providing a truthful and holistic recruiting experience. Carly recently graduated with a Food Science and Packaging degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and spent a year in the food industry developing new products focusing on: peanut free peanut butter, CBD infused tonics and mixers, and keto candy options. With a mix of manufacturing production work and sales, Carly focuses on adding value to clients, candidates, and representatives across all industries.

Maxine Juvelier

Director of Business Development

Maxine Juvelier is a Director of Business Development at SourceLab Search. A seasoned sales professional with 30 years of experience within the Fashion Industry, she is responsible for building a business that focuses on Fashion and Beauty by incorporating her extensive knowledge of the Manufacturing and Retail corporate structure. With proven skills in building relationships and brands, and a unique ability to communicate a vision that identifies, defines and differentiates SourceLab from the competition, Maxine is confident in her abilities to work collaboratively with the team to develop creative solutions.

Leina Braga

Director of Marketing

With extensive experience in digital marketing, public relations, social media management, and graphic designing, Leina Braga enthusiastically drives marketing strategies that supports Spirits Staffing’ national footprint. Prior to joining Spirits Staffing, Leina was Head of Business Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rhodes Associates. Before that, she led the International Recruitment Operation for Concordia College New York in India and Brazil, her home country. Leina holds a BBA, a master’s degree in Business Leadership, and is trained on DEI in the workplace.

Sophia Interlicchio

Chief of Staff

Sophia graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in History with coursework geared towards political science, international business, and gender & women’s studies. After graduating, Sophia worked as an executive assistant for entrepreneurs in the tech and recruiting industries where she gained an appreciation and skills for operations and administration. She prides herself on being energetic and pragmatic and hopes to bring this attitude to her Spirits Staffing team. In her free time she enjoys getting lost in Central Park, playing Catan, and window shopping.

Casandra Valencia

HR Manager

Casandra is the HR Manager at Spirits Staffing. She graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a BA in Criminology. During her senior year of college, Casandra worked as an Assistant within an HR team, where she discovered her natural affinity for creating positive company cultures, developing people, and providing support. This experience not only solidified her passion for helping others, but also motivated her to transition her career path towards HR and staffing. As an office culture enthusiast, Casandra is constantly thinking of innovative ways to create a great place to work. She understands that a happy workforce is a productive one and strives to ensure that every employee feels valued and appreciated. In her free time, Casandra enjoys immersing herself in nature, trying out new breweries with friends, and indulging in scary movies.

Charlie Bullerdick

Marketing Associate

Charlie graduated from Hanover College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business with coursework focused on marketing and digital media. While attending college, he interned as a Marketing Assistant in the nonprofit space where he was able to solve problems as an individual while simultaneously cooperating with upper management to achieve organizational goals. During his time at these nonprofits, Charlie applied his knowledge of the online and digital spaces to help expand reach and build brand awareness for each business. Now Charlie joins the Spirits Staffing team to drive growth and success in current and future endeavors.
